For a variety of reasons, a home inspection may be required. Before you buy a property, it is important to inspect it. You will be fully informed about the property you are purchasing. A property in good condition can be purchased without hesitation. You have the option to negotiate a lower price, or look for another property.

A home inspection can be used as a preparation step for a seller. This will enable you to make repairs and prepare for disclosures prior to selling your home. If you’re looking to refinance your mortgage, a home inspection might be necessary.

What happens during a home inspection? What is a qualified home inspector? What are the benefits to you? Our home inspectors have the skills and experience to evaluate a house to determine whether it is in good or poor condition. Our home inspectors can provide the following services.

INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR

A home inspection is a thorough inspection of your entire home to ensure safety, stability, and good health. First, inspect all visible areas of the house, including floors, ceilings and walls. Next, examine doors, windows, doors, windows, doors, and other entryways.

Our inspectors will inspect your exterior brick, stucco and siding. The inspectors will also inspect the interior finishes to ensure there are no cracks, misalignments or other signs of instability. We will also inspect the fireplaces and sinks. To find potential problems or threats to residents, we will inspect the entire house from the roof to the foundations.

ROOF AND ATTIC

While homeowners may expect their roofs to last 20 years, it is still an area that requires regular maintenance and inspections. Roofs are our speciality. We check flashings, chimneys, flashings and skylights for damage or deterioration. We also inspect the attic for structural and functional issues. We also check ventilation and joists. Insulation is also checked.

PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL

After inspecting every visible part of the house, we move on to the parts that make up the interior, such as the plumbing and electrical systems. Qualified home inspectors will examine and test the plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks), drainage and water pressure. Electrical switches and outlets are all tested to ensure that there are no dangers. Also, service panels, visible wiring, junctions and grounding systems, as well as other components, will be tested.

HVAC

We also check the plumbing and electrical systems. We will inspect both the heating and cooling components of your HVAC system. This could include an inspection of the furnace, boiler, air conditioning unit or ductwork. To ensure that the system is working properly, a performance test is performed.
